Tuition

Recreational Program Tuition:

2020-2021 Tuition Chart (REC)

Tuition installments are typically due in 4 installments: Upon enrollment, September 15, November 15, and January 15. For those families that register after September 15, a second tuition installment will be due to catch up on the tuition schedule. This installment will be prorated based on when the student begins classes and where we are in the tuition payment schedule. 

Exhale Dance Company Tuition:

Installments are due upon registration and then the first of every month from September-May.  

2020-2021 Tuition:  (33-Classes)
Included in tuition:

  1. Annual registration fee
  2. Tuition
  3. One set full dance class attire (dancers are required to wear this for class)
  4. *** Costumes (as long as the costume can ship on time.)  

There will be no additional required fees/charges.
Recital tickets, professional pictures, and performance DVDs are not included.  Dance families will be financially responsible for replacing outgrown/ruined dance class attire. This attire must be purchased through Exhale to ensure dancers have the correct clothing for class.  

***Since performance at Exhale is never mandatory, you will be given an opportunity to opt-out of performances before January 1st. If you decide performing is not right for your child, your dancer will still go home with a costume. 

Discounts:

  1. Pay in full before your first class and receive 10% off your tuition.
  2. Family/multi-class discount:  Register for 2-4 classes receive a 5% discount;  Register for 5 or more classes receive a 10% discount.  (recreational programs only, will not be applied to EDC tuition.)
    *Discounts cannot be combined.  Families will receive the discount with the highest value.  

PAYMENT/REFUND POLICIES:
Families are given the opportunities to pay tuition in installments.  The first installment is due upon registration and the following are due at their respective pay periods.  If a student decides to drop a class, families are still liable to finish these payments.  We hope that families can understand our need to create this policy, as we run classes based on enrollment.  Refunds are only available when the studio is notified IN WRITING (by letter or email) of withdrawal 2 weeks prior to the class start date.  Exhale will keep the registration fee to cover administration costs, which is $35 per class.  Families may also have tuition credited for a future class.  Special requests to drop a class once the season has begun will be considered on a case-by-case basis, please contact the office in writing at office@exhaledance.com to initiate this process.  We encourage students to finish out the season. Often times they learn to overcome any obstacle they may have been facing!


SUMMER:
Our summer session consists of week-long day camps and a nighttime series.  Each camp is paid/registered for separately.  Please click HERE to learn more about our summer tuition and schedule.


ADULT’S TUITION:
Adults do not register for a particular class, but rather, decide to purchase a class card or drop-in.  You can use the card for ANY adult class and participate in multiple genres of dance.  It takes a full year for the class card to expire!  Dancers can purchase a class card online with a major credit card or in person with cash/check.
