Exhale Dance is reinventing the vibe and purpose of dance education in Norfolk Massachusetts. The team at Exhale is creating a nurturing atmosphere where dancers in our programs learn to be ‘their best’ and not ‘the best’. Our mission to instill a life-long love for movement and learning. A dance education that truly serves ALL bodies, where perfection is not the objective and everyone feels a profound sense of belonging. A dance education that is not only ‘good enough for now’, but rather, ‘good enough to last a lifetime’.
Exhale’s Story
“Jen’s passion for dance and commitment to kindness changed my life. She worked to create a community of love and support among all dancers and staff. About Us
We had very humble beginnings, running dance classes out of the Norfolk Grange Hall. We expanded in 2021 and again in 2025 to make room for our growing dance family… Thank you for entrusting us with your family’s dance education!
