- Teen FUNdamentals Program: Our FUNdamentals, performance program runs from September – June. Students in the program may choose to be part of our annual Nutcracker or Spring Recital. Performance at Exhale is never mandatory and will reach out to RSVP for these special opportunities! *Choose the class labeled 4 installments at checkout to enroll in the full year program.
- Discovery Program: Is a mini-trial session runs from September 15th – December 20th. This is a great way for dancers to try our program without making a full year commitment . If your child loves to dance they can easily transition into our FUNdamentals class after the session ends! Choose the 2 payment schedule at checkout.
Teen/Adult Adaptive Inclusive Hip Hop Dance
Thursdays 7:15-8:00pm for Ages: 13-22 – runs in shorter sessions throughout the year

Exhale adaptive and inclusive dance program incorporates appropriate dance styles for individuals with special needs. We offer a safe space to build and foster friendships in our comfortable temperature controlled, wheelchair accessible studio. Get ready for 60 minutes of upbeat dancing, stretching and coordination building skills
