- Teen FUNdamentals Program: Our FUNdamentals, performance program runs from September – June. Students in the program may choose to be part of our annual Nutcracker or Spring Recital. Performance at Exhale is never mandatory and will reach out to RSVP for these special opportunities! *Choose the class labeled FUNdamentals to register for a full year, performance class.
- Discovery Program: Is a mini-trial session runs from September 11th – December 2nd. This is a great way for dancers to try our program without making a full year commitment . If your child loves to dance they can easily transition into our FUNdamentals class after the session ends!
Teen Classes:
Our teen program is for grades 7+. Our teen program is for beginners and students that have been dancing for years. It allows dancers to perfect and build upon current skills in a supportive, empowering, environment.
- Teen Beginner Combo: This program is for dancers starting their training as a teenager. It will focus on a variety of movements that allow dancers to get an introduction of multiple styles. Dancers will learn the basic foundations of tap, lyrical and hip hop technique!
Tuition for Fundamentals Teen Programs:
Tuition includes: 33 weeks of class, one full dance attire set plus dance shoes per class and one recital costume per class. Pay in full option ends June 1st. Interested in enrolling now? After classes have begun? Special payment plans are applied to all prorated tuition!

Teen/Adult Adaptive Inclusive Hip Hop Dance
Thursdays 7-8pm, 1/4- 4/4 (No class on 12/20, 12/27 & 2/21) Ages: 13-22
At 65 Holbrook Street, enrollment is through Millis Recreation
Exhale adaptive and inclusive dance program incorporates appropriate dance styles for individuals with special needs. We offer a safe space to build and foster friendships in our comfortable temperature controlled, wheelchair accessible studio. Get ready for 60 minutes of upbeat dancing, stretching and coordination building skills
